HESTIM’s Professional Master’s Degree in Industrial Management and Operational Excellence trains operational managers to drive industrial systems performance, optimize production and maintenance activities, and lead continuous improvement projects.

The program offers two complementary specialization options:

Option 1: Production Management & Lean Manufacturing, focused on production management, flow optimization, cost reduction, quality improvement and implementation of Lean approaches.

Option 2: Industrial Maintenance Management, focused on optimizing equipment availability, preventive and predictive maintenance, risk management and industrial equipment reliability.
